Health and Safety
We are delighted that we will be together in-person from May 4-7 in Atlanta. The health and safety of all event participants is of the utmost importance to NAPFA. We are monitoring COVID-19 protocols in advance of the conference. Below are links to all the current guidelines from the CDC, Georgia State Government, and the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center.
A city of Atlanta executive order requires all persons in a public place, including private businesses and establishments, to wear a mask or a cloth face covering over their nose and mouth when indoors. We know that some of you would like to exercise additional caution while attending the conference. Your safety and wellness are important to us, and our goal is to work with you to ensure that you feel comfortable attending the conference. Please visit this page regularly for the latest information.
Current event protocols in place (subject to change as needed)
- Color-coded identifier for physical greeting preference provided to all attendees (red – no contact, yellow – elbow bumps only, green – ready for a hug or handshake).
- Sanitizer and disposable masks will be available throughout the conference.
- Where possible, entrances and exits into meeting space will be marked to allow for social distancing.
We understand that for many of you, this may be the first time that you are gathering for an in-person meeting of this size. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Claire Brown.
We look forward to seeing you in Atlanta!
