As CEO and co-founder of RooksDM, he helps RIA firms scale by eliminating inefficiencies, automating tasks, and optimizing workflows, allowing firms to focus on growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Introduced to computers at a young age, Daleele launched his first business selling mix CDs at a flea market, sparking a lifelong passion for using technology to solve real-world business challenges. Over time, he has built a career empowering firms to implement the right systems and processes to maximize efficiency, performance, and growth.
Outside of work, Daleele enjoys traveling, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with his wife and dog, while fostering communities focused on professional growth and shared experiences.

Linda Bready
Linda is the author of The Exit Equation and founder of CleverX Consulting. She helps advisory firms strengthen structure, leadership, and operational readiness to prepare for growth, succession, or acquisition.
Having built and successfully sold her own firm, Linda brings firsthand insight into the challenges of scaling, leading, and exiting a business. She draws on more than two decades of experience in consulting, operations, and firm leadership, helping owners build clarity, accountability, and alignment across their teams — the foundation for scalability and transferable value.
Her work blends strategic perspective with practical application, helping firms close the gap between where they are and where they want to grow. Linda speaks frequently on firm readiness, leadership evolution, and the link between structure and value creation.

Meg Carpenter
Meg is CEO and Co-Founder of Ficomm Partners, an award-winning growth marketing firm working alongside financial advisors, financial advisory firms, and wealth management platforms at every stage of growth. Through Ficomm’s proven strategic marketing framework and advisor marketing coaching programs, Meg has had a seat at many executive tables working alongside leadership teams to tackle their most pressing growth challenges.

Michael Chasnoff

Michael Gibney, CFP®, CAP®, AIF®
Michael is a seasoned financial professional, currently the Principal and Wealth Manager at Modera Wealth Management, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in financial planning, preceded by 15 years on Wall Street, he’s a trusted advisor to clients nationwide. His expertise spans various aspects of financial planning, including retirement, estate, tax planning, and risk management.
Michael’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Pace University and a financial planning certificate from New York University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designations. Notably, he’s been quoted in esteemed publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, and USA Today, offering insights into personal finance and retirement planning.

Michael Goodman, CPA/PFS, CFP®
Michael founded Wealthstream Advisors in 1996 based on the notion that meaningful client relationships are at the heart of a firm’s success. As the company’s leader, Michael spearheads the growth and strategic direction of Wealthstream Advisors and perhaps most importantly is responsible for the culture at the firm which has garnered industry accolades for being one of the best RIAs to work for. Having formerly served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and New York University, Michael is known for his speaking engagements and presents regularly at industry events and conferences, most notably the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Conference and the AICPA PFP Summit. As an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the NYS Society of CPAs, Michael has served on various committees and held several leadership positions. Michael graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with degrees in communication and business administration. After roles in investment banking, finance, and public accounting, Michael decided to use his vast range of experience to serve clients by establishing his own firm.

Susan Green
Susan is a Partner, Senior Financial Advisor and Director of Financial Planning Standards with Wescott Financial. In addition to serving as a client-facing advisor for 80+ households, she maintains financial planning standards across all households, leads the internal advisor committee, serves on several cross-departmental taskforces geared toward process improvements, and supervises several colleagues. Susan is also a member of Wescott’s Investment and Compliance Committees and leads Wescott’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee.
In addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and continues to be a long-standing NAPFA volunteer, including stints on the NEMA regional board, the Women’s Initiative, and most recently as a three-time mentor within the Initiative. In her community, Susan has been an active volunteer with a pediatric oncology camp for 22 years, most recently serving in a leadership role for the past 8 years.

Cheryl R. Holland, CFP®
Cheryl is President and Founder of Abacus Planning Group, Inc., a holistic financial advisory firm with over $2 billion in assets under management. Ms. Holland consistently appears on top advisor lists such as Barron’s Top Advisors, Barron’s 100 Top Women Advisors, Financial Times 300. The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors recognized Ms. Holland as one of the “30 Most Influential People” in its 30-year history.
Ms. Holland is a dedicated volunteer in her profession and community and is currently a member of the Clemson University Foundation Board (Chair), Together Women Rise (Chair), United Way of the Midlands Board, and the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard, Chairman’s Council. Ms. Holland is married to architect Doug Quackenbush and has one daughter, Hannah Quackenbush. Weekends often find Ms. Holland reading a book, baking, trying to count hummingbirds, or weeding her herb garden.

Meagan Johnson
Meagan is a nationally recognized multi-generational expert and generational studies enthusiast. Since 1997; she has researched, written and spoken about the multiple generations. Her focus is on how to build a culture of multi-generational collaboration… not alienation. Rather than promoting generational stereotypes, Meagan explores what drives a generation to succeed.

Michael Joyce, CFA®, CFP®
Michael is the founder and President of Agili. As such, he is responsible for overall investment strategy, management of investment portfolios, and financial counseling services. Michael received a B.S. degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Drexel University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Michael is a former chair of the NAPFA National Board of Directors and past president of the NAPFA Foundation. Michael also currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Richmond Forum and as a member of the Endowment Committee for Lead Virginia.

Nicole Madosik
Nicole is a Partner and Chief Mergers & Integrations Officer at Mission Wealth, a $13.5 billion RIA recognized for its excellence in client experience, internal succession, organic growth, and strategic activity in mergers and acquisitions. Jay Mooreland, MS, CFP®
Jay is passionate about learning and growth, believing that true progress comes from both personal experience and the lessons of others.
He is the founder of The Behavioral Advisor Academy, a CE accredited behavioral finance training program, and The Behavioral Finance Network, a coaching platform for advisors seeking to deepen their application of behavioral principles and client engagement tools. In addition to speaking internationally, Jay is the author of three books on investor behavior, equipping advisors and investors alike to make better financial decisions.
Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. He resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife Lonni and their two children, Janie and Aaron, and enjoys the outdoors year-round.

Tom Orecchio
Tom began his career at Heritage Financial where he worked as a financial planner. In 1995, he joined the firm Greenbaum and Associates, where he later became a partner. The firm grew and evolved into Greenbaum and Orecchio and then into its current entity, Modera Wealth Management, LLC. Tom received his B.A. in government and law from Lafayette College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) professional. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant®, a Chartered Life Underwriter®, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, and a NAPFA registered financial advisor.
Tom previously served as NAPFA Chairman (2007-08) and as a national board member (2004-08). In 2013, Tom was the recipient of the NAFPA Robert J. Underwood Distinguished Service Award. He is an active member of the CFA® Institute, the National CEO Study Group, and the 20/20 National Study Group.

Catherine Williams
Catherine is Head of Practice Management at Dimensional. Based in the Charlotte office, Catherine delivers benchmarking and practice management insights to advisors. Prior to joining Dimensional, she spent more than 20 years in the investment industry, including serving as chief operating officer for a large RIA. Most recently, Catherine offered strategic and executive coaching to investment advisors as an executive business coach with the Carson Group and as vice president of practice management and consulting with Fidelity Investments.
Catherine studied broadcast journalism and has focused her professional learning on leadership development, which includes coursework through Babson Executive Education. She has served as an advisory board member for the Center for Investment and Wealth Management at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business, and as a coach/mentor for the G2 Leadership Institute. Catherine hosts the Dimensional podcast series Managing Your Practice, which was created to provide insights that help advisors with all aspects of their businesses.

Mark Willoughby, CFA®, CFP®, ACA
Mark brings nearly 30 years of global wealth management experience to his work with business owners who are building their companies and personal finances. Before joining Modera Wealth Management in 2001, he held senior roles at Deloitte and Touche, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase.
At Modera, Mark has served in key leadership positions including Chief Investment Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and board member. He has also played a central role in evaluating and integrating several RIA mergers His background spans three countries, and he has spoken on a range of financial planning and investment topics.
Mark holds a B.S. in Business and Accounting from the University of Galway and a post-graduate degree in Accounting from the University of Dublin. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Outside of work, he supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and enjoys traveling, reading, cycling, and following Liverpool Football Club. He lives in Atlanta with his family.
