Meet the Team

David Flores Wilson, CFA, CFP® - Chair
David Flores Wilson, CFA, CFP®, CEPA®, CM&AA, Managing Partner at Sincerus Advisory, advises entrepreneurs and business owners in New York City on personal financial planning issues from formation to exit and beyond. Areas of expertise include qualified small business stock (QSBS) planning, business exit planning, strategic philanthropy & equity compensation planning. A multiple-time Investopedia Top 100 Financial Advisor, his financial guidance has appeared on CNBC, Yahoo!Finance, the New York Times, US News & World Report, and InvestmentNews.
David represented Guam in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, sits on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Lower East Side Girls Club, and is active with Entrepreneur's Organization, the Estate Planning Council of New York City, Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP), and the Exit Planning Institute.

Liz Bernhard, CFP®, MBA
Liz Bernhard is President of Albion Financial Group, where she leads a collaborative team dedicated to helping clients align their wealth with their life goals. Since joining the firm in 2009, Liz has built a career that blends strategic problem-solving with a deep commitment to client relationships. Her leadership focuses on fostering firm growth, advancing team development, and maintaining an exceptional client experience.
With experience guiding clients through complex financial decisions, Liz brings valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing large advisory firms today. As a member of the Large Firm Forum Planning Task Force, she contributes her perspective on leadership, firm culture, and sustainable growth within the Fee-Only community.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys exploring Utah’s mountains with her family, skiing, cooking, and traveling with friends.

Michael Gibney, CFP®, CAP®, AIF®
Michael Gibney is a seasoned financial professional, currently the Principal and Wealth Manager at Modera Wealth Management, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in financial planning, preceded by 15 years on Wall Street, he’s a trusted advisor to clients nationwide. His expertise spans various aspects of financial planning, including retirement, estate, tax planning, and risk management.
Michael’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Pace University and a financial planning certificate from New York University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designations. Notably, he’s been quoted in esteemed publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, and USA Today, offering insights into personal finance and retirement planning.
His influence extends beyond his professional life. He actively contributes to his community, including leadership roles for the New Jersey Metro Multiple Sclerosis Society. Michael is a past Northeast Mid-Atlantic Regional Board member and was a past Chair of NAPFA’s Leadership Development Committee.

Michael Joyce, CFA®, CFP®
Michael is the founder and President of Agili. As such, he is responsible for overall investment strategy, management of investment portfolios, and financial counseling services. Michael received a B.S. degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Drexel University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Michael is a former chair of the NAPFA National Board of Directors and past president of the NAPFA Foundation. Michael also currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Richmond Forum and as a member of the Endowment Committee for Lead Virginia.

Eric Siss, CFP®
Eric is a Partner & Senior Advisor at Greenspring Advisors. As an advisor, he is responsible for partnering with clients to create custom strategies for retirement, tax, investment, insurance, and estate planning. In his director role, he analyzes industry trends and planning techniques with the goal of continuously enhancing the Greenspring client experience.
Eric graduated from Virginia Tech, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in financial planning from the board-registered CFP® certification education program. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and living an active lifestyle.
