Exhibitor Schedule

GES will be the official drayage provider for the NAPFA 2020 Spring Conference.

The exhibitor kit was emailed by GES directly to exhibiting contacts in August. The exhibitor kit can be found HERE.

We welcome and encourage our sponsors and exhibiting representatives to participate in any or all of the programs while attending the conference!

Exhibitor Move In:

• Thursday, May 7th - 7:00 AM – 12:00 noon - Lunch with exhibitors opens at 12:30 PM

Show Hours:

• Thursday, May 7 - 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM - Cocktail reception with exhibitors - 6:00 PM
• Friday, May 8 - 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM - Cocktail reception with exhibitors - 6:00 PM

Please join us for NAPFA’s Closing party on Friday evening at 8pm which will include a networking buffet and entertainment
