Jessica Polito, Founder and Principal of Turkey Hill Management, has spent over 15 years providing M&A advice to the wealth management space. Through her years of transaction experience, what stood out was a lack of unbiased advice available to wealth managers considering buying or selling a business. She founded Turkey Hill under the premise that by removing a traditional “success fee” at the conclusion of a transaction, she and her team could provide truly unbiased advice with the client at the forefront of every decision. When she isn’t working with her clients, she is wrangling her four children alongside her husband in Westport, CT.
