NAPFA Spring 2026 National Conference Speaker
Ashlee Mueller
With a background that spans sales, marketing, operations and event management, Ashlee Mueller
thrives when strategy meets human connection. She believes that big life decisions deserve calm
guidance, clear information and a relationship-centered approach.
In her role at Friendship Village of Bloomington, Minnesota’s only nonprofit Type A Life Care
community, Ashlee helps individuals and families navigate one of the most meaningful decisions
they will ever make. She works closely with aging adults and their adult children to understand their
options, ask thoughtful questions and plan ahead before urgency limits choice.
Ashlee is passionate about educating on how aging is something to prepare for with confidence
rather than something to fear, and is committed to helping people make informed, values-based
decisions that bring peace of mind.
At Friendship Village, she is proud to represent a community that believes aging should be vibrant,
connected and full of possibility. She loves helping people discover a lifestyle grounded in
independence today and a secure plan for tomorrow
