We are in the golden age of fraud: protections are worse, fraud technology is better, and the wealthiest generation in the history of the world is aging into vulnerability (i.e, Boomers are now in their 70s and 80s).
This presentation teaches how protect this group and all consumers against fraud. I can share evidence-based, easy to implement tips to help all individuals, particularly those in their golden years, from being ripped off.
Learning Objectives:
- Have difficult conversations about fraud.
- Understand reporting tools and next steps if you suspect your client has become a victim.
- Create systems of internal control to prevent and detect fraud.
