Jim Adkins

In 1981, Jim graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and retired in 1996 after a long career in the Air Force as a leader, engineer, metallurgist, project/program manager, and acquisition officer. Then Jim moved into successful engagements with global companies like General Motors/Delphi.

Later, Jim took his talents to other well-known companies including Enerpac, John Deere, ServiceMaster, Bobcat and Chromalloy. Through mentoring, teaching, and leading team efforts in operational and business services, these efforts improved profitability by double-digits.

Certified as a LEAN and Six Sigma Black Belt/Champion he led 1000+ projects at the individual and corporate-wide level to improve multiple facets of business. His wide senior leadership experience with private equity, publicly held companies, and the government allows him to draw on this proven experience to quickly pivot and provide any business partner with personalized and tailored approaches and solutions to meet their unique needs.

Dan Clark

Dan Clark is the founder and CEO of an International Leadership Development Company; a HighPerformance Business Coach; New York Times Best Selling Author of 35 books; University Professor; a Primary Contributing Author to the Chicken Soup for the Soul series; International Podcaster; Gold Record Songwriter; and an Award Winning Athlete who fought his way back from a paralyzing injury that cut short his football career.

Greg Friedman, MS, CFP®

Greg Friedman is an innovator and advocate for excellent wealth management. He is the Chief Strategy Officer for Wealthspire Advisors, a leading national wealth management firm, and the co-founder and former CEO of Private Ocean Wealth Management. In addition, he co-founded Junxure, an industry-leading CRM for advisors, which was acquired by AdvisorEngine. Greg is known as a pioneer for elevating the movement toward tighter technology integration in the financial planning industry.

He has been recognized by many publications and institutions over the years, including being named a Top 25 most influential financial advisor by Investment Advisor Magazine from 2008 to 2010. In 2008, Financial Planning Magazine included Friedman in its elite list of financial “Movers and Shakers.” Charles Schwab honored him in 2007 with its prestigious IMPACT Award® for “Best in Tech.” Greg was also recognized in InvestmentNews' 2017 Class of Icons and Innovators, and in 2018 Greg was named CEO of the Year at the WealthManagement.com Industry Awards.

Cynthia Greenfield

Cynthia Greenfield, CPCC, is a Change Management Coach and Founder of Culture Keen. Cynthia Greenfield is a certified leadership coach and has held senior positions in fintech and financial services organizations for more than a decade. She managed all institutional relationships for Junxure and was the Chief Experience Officer at Private Ocean.

Greenfield has experience as the company's in-house coach charged with developing healthy leadership and nurturing an infectious culture. She was an advisor to growth, marketing, and client success departments and led initiatives for positive community and environmental impact. Kate Healy

Kate Healy is a financial services industry executive and NextGen advocate, purposefully building brands.

Healy is widely recognized as a leading advocate for the next generation of financial planners, for women advisors and for the financial planning profession. Wealthmanagement.com named her to the 2018 “Ten to Watch” list. In 2016, Investment Advisor magazine named Healy as one of the industry’s 25 most influential people. Healy was named to InvestmentNews' inaugural "Women to Watch" in 2015. Additionally, she was TD Ameritrade's 2014 Impact Award winner for Diversity and Inclusiveness.

She is the 2021-2022 board chair for the Foundation for Financial Planning and clerk of the Invest in Others board. Kate also is a founding member of the CFP Board's Women's Initiative (WIN) Council, the Center for Financial Planning's Advisory Council, and the Center’s Diversity Advisory Board. She was formerly managing director for TD Ameritrade Institutional, leading marketing and Generation Next.

Healy is a frequent contributor to industry publications and podcasts, including Barron’s: The Way Forward, WealthManagement.com, and InvestmentNews, and is a repeat speaker at industry events including FPA, NAPFA, FA Magazine, and TD Ameritrade’s LINC national conference. Healy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College.

Chris Scherer

Dan Seivert

Daniel Seivert is the CEO and founder of ECHELON Partners – one of the leading investment banks and consulting firms to the wealth and investment management industries. Over his 30-year career, Mr. Seivert has advised on more than 500 M&A assignments, valued over 1,800 companies and evaluated more than 2,000 acquisition targets. During this time Mr. Seivert has served on the Board of Trustees of Occidental College, and the Boards of AssetMark Investment Services, Direct Capital Markets, and BridgePortfolio.

Prior to starting ECHELON, Mr. Seivert was one of the founding Principals of Lovell Minnick Partners, a private equity firm where he placed over $100MM in investment capital. Mr. Seivert was also a buy-side analyst at The Capital Group (American Funds) where he valued publicly traded firms in the asset management and securities brokerage industries. He began his career in the M&A department of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Seivert has been the President of ECHELON’s FINRA-registered Broker Dealer for the past 18 years and holds Series 6, 7, 24, 62, 63, and 79 licenses. A widely-recognized industry expert, he has authored 22 reports dealing with the wealth and investment management industries. He has an Advanced Bachelor's degree in Economics from Occidental College and a Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
