Proactive Capital Management is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Topeka. The genesis of the firm traces back to 1999. We are a fee-only firm--free from commissions and sales incentives. We work with individuals, retirement plan providers, and non-profit organizations. We provide investment advice and management; comprehensive financial planning; and retirement plan consulting services. We are held to a fiduciary standard and are required to always act in the best interest of the client.
