Isn't it amazing how clients pay you for your advice, you give them good advice, and they don't take it? How does that happen? In this session, you will review key biases and principles that affect client/advisor trust and learn simple ways to improve the chances clients act on your advice. Additionally, you will learn strategies and ideas you can apply to your very next client interaction.

  1. Understand major cognitive biases and psychological factors that influence client trust
  2. Learn behaviors to both employ and avoid in client interactions
  3. Identify opportunities to apply behavioral psychology strategies to their practice
