This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the nontypical additional planning steps one needs to take when working with a family that includes a member with a disability. Presenter Alexandra Baig will cover the financial and non-financial eligibility criteria for public benefits, how planners can help the family maximize those benefits, and family resources to provide for the long-term care needs of the member with a disability.
