This science-based stress management and resilience session enhances the capacity of busy professionals to navigate stress and have lasting impact in fast paced, complex, high performance environments. Participants will learn science-based methods based on mindfulness, self- and social awareness, mental and emotional agility. They can also expect to improve their ability to build resilience and reduce chronic and acute stress.
