RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH

Support operations by planning, organizing, and implementing office administration. Prepare client reports; set up and maintain client accounts; review and maintain client transactions and activity; compile and complete client, custodian, and firm paperwork; respond to client service requests; schedule and attend client meetings; execute client and firm tasks such as money or funds transfers; provide general portfolio support; troubleshoot problems. Onboard new clients and carry them through the process from hire to implementation. Perform general marketing activities such as brand consistency, mailings, and social media postings. Coordinate client appreciation and business development events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree. 0-3 years of experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Junxure CRM. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. Good written and verbal communication skills. Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others. Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment. Must be a self-starter who takes initiative; professional with a positive attitude.
