Associate Financial Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH

Prepare or update financial plans, including retirement and tax projections. Help clients implement our recommendations. Research issues for clients. Contribute to the full range of financial planning areas, including retirement planning, estate plan review, insurance evaluation, employee benefits review, tax analysis, investment management and education planning. Prepare for, attend and follow-up on client and prospect meetings. Interact with the rest of our team to improve procedures and grow the firm. Our goal is for you to get the training and experience you need to move into a lead advisor role as soon as you are ready.

We will provide you with a structured training program and a mentor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree. 0-5 years of experience in financial planning. Passed the CFP® exam. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideal team members for our office culture will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and have collaborative and interpersonal skills. Above average ability in time management and organizational skills. Software we use includes Orion, Junxure Cloud, iRebal, Right Capital among others.
