Job Overview: 

To work with entire team to coordinate client service activities with a focus on delivering the positive outcomes and client experience. This individual spends almost all of his or her time in client-facing activities so that the advisors can focus efforts on growing the practice through marketing and maintaining client relationships. We are offering a competitive salary with additional incentives based upon company growth. We believe in higher education and offer reimbursement for conference attendance, continued education, etc. In addition, we will cover annual dues paid to membership organizations as well as cover annual licensing fees, industry-related. We are believers in a healthy work/ life balance and offer a minimum 2-weeks paid vacation and company-paid medical insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service activities and delegate appropriate tasks to team members

• Manage relationships with clients and internal and external resource providers

• Generate and manage client communications and strategies by telephone, mail and Internet

• Maintain CRM software

• Fulfill client requests and deal with service-related issues

• Generate call lists of clients and prospects for Advisors

• Participate in all team meetings and attend training events

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• Knowledge with Excel and formulas within the program

• Familiar with business statistics and/ or calculus


• Studying for the Certified Financial Planner™ exam or is a CFP® practitioner

• Have a Series 7, 63 or 65 license

• Background in finance or working with a financial planning firm
