Additional Information
Matt holds a double-major in Accounting and Finance from the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University. He began his career as an accountant for a large public accounting firm in Seattle, where he learned firsthand how critically-important tax minimization is to building wealth. He later joined a multi-billion-dollar wealth management firm in the Bay Area, where he advised a broad range of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients from tech executives working to maximize their equity-based compensation to vineyard owners crafting steps toward retirement. He founded Inspire Wealth Partners in 2019 because, to his core, he believed financial advice could and should be different. On a more personal level, Matt lives in the great city of Boise, Idaho with his wife Kaitlin, sons Lincoln and Graham, daughter Hadley, and their two dogs, Rory and Harper. He enjoys sports, traveling, cooking, and taking advantage of the abundant outdoor activities Idaho has to offer. In addition to his Chairman of the Board responsibilities at Metro Community Services, he also spends time volunteering in the local sports community. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he's made a commitment to technical excellence and the highest ethical standards in the industry. His mission is to leverage his knowledge and expertise to provide clients with peace of mind, allowing them the freedom to focus on family, friends, and community, and to enjoy the things most important to them. In addition to helping clients work toward keeping more of and growing their wealth, Matt believes financial advisors have a platform to inspire clients to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled life. He's been inspired by others to live life fully and wants nothing more than to pay that feeling forward.NAPFA Start Date
