Planning Specialties
Jane Yoo is an Oakland, CA fee-only financial planner. Jane Financial provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management to tech professionals who need help with their stock options and RSUs. As a fee-only, fiduciary, and independent financial advisor, Jane Yoo is never paid a commission of any kind, and has a legal obligation to provide unbiased and trustworthy financial advice.
Unlike the vast majority of financial advisors, Jane doesn't require a minimum portfolio. Instead, she charges a flat financial planning fee based on the complexity of your financial situation. This fee starts at $15,000 per year and is charged on a quarterly basis.
The common questions that she answers for clients include:
- How do my RSUs and/or stock options work, especially the tax part?
- My company will IPO soon. What should I do to prepare?
- What should I do with my company stock?
- What should I do with my old 401(k) plans?
- How much am I saving, and is it enough? Am I on track to meet my goals?
