Additional Information
I am a Fee-Only CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ CFP® who is passionate about two seemingly unrelated niches; financial planning for doctors (particularly newly graduated medical doctors) and retirement planning for Procter & Gamble employees and retirees.
How would one planner have two diverse areas of expertise? The answer is simple. I spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble and my son graduated from the University of Cincinnati Medical School in 2016.
I left Procter & Gamble and started my Fee-Only Financial Advisory firm because I recognized that P&G employees and retirees had specific needs that could be best served through a fiduciary relationship with an capable advisor. In that vein, I earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in order to better meet my client's complex needs. I have been serving Procter & Gamble employees, retirees and their families for almost 25 years. I have recently created the website www.personalchoicefinancial.com. There I will post many of the Proctor & Gamble relevant financial planning techniques that I have employed over the years.
In 2016, my son graduated from the University of Cincinnati Medical School and headed to Ann Arbor, Michigan to become a Neurologist. I have been working with my him and some of his fellow graduates on their unique medical financial related issues. Most of them have substantial student loan debt and are eager to get their lives started but are unsure of how to proceed. Many are planning marriages, thinking about having children and wondering about buying their first house. As I help my son and his fellow doctors work through their issues, I will share them on my site www.FinancialRounds.com. I am also available for individual planning and consultation.
