Grant is a financial advisor in Savant’s Rockford, IL office, is a member of the Advisory Team, and has a membership interest in Savant. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the financial planning and investment process for Savant’s clients. He routinely meets with clients, advisors, portfolio managers, and planners to determine and coordinate effective planning, investment, and tax strategies.

Additional Information

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he worked in Savant’s financial planning department where he produced investment analyses, prepared client financial plans, and coordinated plan implementation. He also specialized in retirement projections.

Grant is a cum laude graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor of science degree in finance/economics and an MBA. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and a Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®).

Grant previously served on the Midwest board of directors for the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the largest network of fee-only financial planners. In 2016 he was selected as one of the top 40 financial advisors under age 40 in the United States by InvestmentNews.

Locally, Grant serves on the board of directors for Rockford Symphony Orchestra. In 2013, he graduated from the Chamber of Commerce’s 58th Class of Leadership Rockford, a program designed to help emerging leaders grow in the Rockford community. Grant previously served on the board of directors and as treasurer for Kantorei, the Singing Boys of Rockford and on the board of directors for Remedies, a local domestic violence and substance abuse facility. He also volunteered with the RAISE Program of the Junior League of Rockford, mentoring high school students aspiring to attend college. Grant is routinely interviewed by local television stations and has been quoted in national publications.

Grant and his wife Erin have two sons (Landon and Hudson). He enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with his family.
