Aditi Kapadia is a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years of experience in Wealth Management and Financial Services. Her father’s early lessons in disciplined financial management enabled her to witness firsthand how thoughtful financial planning can help families weather life’s storms—an experience that inspired her mission to make such guidance accessible and empowering. Before founding Wealth IQ, she led the development of a digital investing platform at a leading bank and collaborated with Financial Advisors to craft tailored investment strategies. Her career began at General Electric, where she worked with C-suite executives to drive growth and manage financial risks. Aditi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Raised in Canada and Saudi Arabia with Indian roots, she brings a global perspective to Wealth IQ, which she founded to simplify financial planning for individuals with dynamic lifestyles, including digital nomads and those managing cross-border finances.NAPFA Start Date
