Hi, I’m Brian Tegtmeyer, CFP®, a flat-fee financial advisor based in Dublin, Ohio. I specialize in tax-smart planning for new retirees who want to make the most of the first 10 years of retirement, without compromising the rest.
The first years of retirement are often your healthiest and most active, but they’re also when the biggest financial decisions happen: Social Security timing, Medicare enrollment, withdrawal strategies, Roth conversions, and more. The choices you make now will shape the rest of your retirement.
With over 15 years of experience as a financial advisor, I’ve dedicated my career to helping new retirees make confident, tax-smart decisions during this pivotal window.
Here’s what working together looks like:
- Reduce lifetime taxes with proactive Roth conversions and withdrawal planning.
- Create an income you can’t outlive.
- Navigate Social Security and Medicare with clarity and confidence.
- Keep your plan updated as life and tax laws change.
I intentionally serve a limited number of families so every client receives high-touch, personal guidance directly from me. My flat annual fee means no commissions, no hidden costs, and no percentage-of-assets charges. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying and exactly what you’re getting.
I’ve seen too many retirees look back with regret, wishing they had enjoyed their healthiest years more fully. My mission is to make sure that doesn’t happen to you.
When I’m not helping clients plan their retirement, I’m likely with my wife and our three kids, cheering at gymnastics, biking, playing pickleball, or schooling my kids in a game of four square.
