Refer a Member to NAPFA and get Rewarded!
NAPFA knows that its members are financial advisors with wide networks in the fee-only planning profession, and this summer we’d like to leverage those networks to spread the word about the association and to continue to grow the community.
If you know a fee-only financial advisor in your area who hasn’t yet joined NAPFA, we’re asking you to encourage them to check out the organization and join. Growing NAPFA membership is integral to adding to the knowledge base of the association, and with each new member, the NAPFA community grows richer and more vibrant. If that’s not a good enough reason to bring on new NAPFA members, we’re also offering incentives to both those existing members who refer new advisors, and to the new advisors. Here are the rules for this year’s membership referral campaign:
- New member applications must be received between July 19, 2021 and September 30, 2021. Remember, new member applicants must include the name of the member who referred them in their NAPFA application.
- Applicants must be approved for membership in the NAPFA-Registered Advisor or Associate category.
- New member applicants will be approved no later than October 31, 2021.
- Drawing winners will be announced in mid-November.
NAPFA members and their referrals will be entered into a drawing for one year of Free NAPFA membership. Additional rewards will be awarded based on the following tiers:
- 2-5 members, referring member receives a $50 NAPFA gift card
- 6-10 members, referring member receives a $100 NAPFA gift card
- 11+, members, referring member receives a $200 NAPFA gift card
In order to count, the applicant must be approved for membership as a NAPFA-Registered Advisor or an Associate. The campaign will run from 7/19/2021 to 9/30/2021, but membership doesn’t need to be approved until 10/31/2021 in order to be eligible. Winners will be announced in November.
