Meet the NAPFA 2025 National Fall Conference Subcommittee

The NAPFA Fall 2025 National Conference would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our Conference Subcommittee. Subcommittee Chair Cynthia Meyer has worked tirelessly to create an event that embodies the values of the Fee-Only community, ensuring an engaging, insightful, and rewarding experience for all attendees.

With her leadership, the committee has thoughtfully designed a program that will inspire, educate, and connect financial professionals from across the country. Alongside committee members Zack Hubbard and Amir Noor, Scarlett Che, and David Flores Wilson, they have curated an exceptional lineup of sessions and experiences tailored to the needs of today’s financial advisors.

Scott Levin, J.D., LL.M, MBA, CFP®, ChFC®, CAP®, MCEP®

CHAIR, EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Scott Levin is a financial advisor and senior estate planning specialist with Wescott and is responsible for the preparation and ongoing management of clients’ financial plans, annual financial updates, charitable and estate planning reviews, recommendations, and implementation. Scott’s expertise focuses on multi-faceted, comprehensive charitable and estate planning, along with additional financial and retirement matters.

Prior to joining Wescott, Scott was a Wealth Planning Associate at Asset Planning Services, Ltd. (APS). He began his career in the financial services industry in 1997, following several years working in tax preparation, planning, and research with a CPA firm. He brings more than 20 years of personal financial planning and estate planning experience, both at the Federal and State level, to Wescott.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Afterward, he received a joint J.D. and MBA degree from Villanova University. In addition to his J.D. and MBA degrees, Scott has earned an impressive number of professional certifications and designations. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®). Most recently, Scott earned the Certified Estate Planner (CEP®) and Master Certified Estate Planner (MCEP®) designations from the NICEP, along with his LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law.

Cynthia Meyer, CFA, CFP®, ChFC®

CHAIR, FALL CONFERENCE SUBCOMITTEE

Cynthia Meyer is a financial mentor, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFA® Charterholder, real estate investor, and coach instructor. She is the founder of Real Life Planning and the co-founder of the Real Estate Financial Coach Course, Real Estate for Generations, and the You Unlimited coaching program. Meyer offers unbiased financial planning and learning resources to real estate investors and the financial planners who serve them. Prior to launching her own firm, Meyer worked at Financial Finesse, delivering unbiased financial wellness programs to employees from all walks of life.

As a member of the firm’s Financial Wellness Think Tank, she co-authored nationally recognized research on topics such as workforce financial stress, employee retirement preparedness, the ROI of workplace financial wellness programs, and the gender gap in financial wellness. She is a member of NAPFA and the XY Planning Network. Meyer lives in New Jersey with her husband and teenagers.

Zack Hubbard, CFP®

Zack Hubbard is the Director of Financial Planning at Sargent Investment Group, where he is dedicated to expanding access to Fee-Only financial advice for individuals and families at all stages of life. With a deep commitment to fiduciary planning, Zack ensures that clients receive objective, personalized guidance to help them make informed financial decisions.

Reflecting on his role as a financial advisor, Zack believes the best feeling in the world is “giving somebody permission to do something that they've always wanted to do, but never thought they could.”

With extensive experience in financial planning and wealth management, he's led teams focused on investment management, retirement planning, and financial education. He is passionate about making high-quality financial advice more accessible and helping clients take control of their financial futures.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Zack holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in personal financial planning. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys staying on top of industry trends and finding new ways to enhance the financial planning experience.

Amir Noor, CFP®, EA

Amir Noor is the founder of N Financial Plans, a boutique, fee-only planning firm based in New York. Raised in an immigrant household on Long Island, Amir took over managing his family’s finances as a teenager after the sudden loss of his father. He began working in financial services at 19, earned his degree in finance from SUNY Stony Brook, and now brings nearly two decades of experience to his work with attorneys, business owners, and high-earning professionals. Amir holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and Enrolled Agent credential, blending deep tax expertise with a sharp, real-world approach to decision-making. He is known for translating complexity into clarity—and for advising clients navigating some of life’s highest-stakes financial moments.

When he’s not working, Amir loves discovering new restaurants and talking about Dragon Ball Z with anyone who’s game.

2025 Fall Conference Planning Subcommittee

Scarlett Che, CFP®, CIMA®

Scarlett is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®). She is a Senior Associate at Austin Asset, where she is dedicated to helping clients integrate seemingly disparate pieces of a family’s financial life into a roadmap.

Scarlett believes that trustworthy financial advice comes from an objective and holistic view. Her passion for helping people live a better life motivates her to constantly look for opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. As a first-generation immigrant, Scarlett well knows how to adapt and thrive when facing uncertainties. Her caring nature, lifelong learning mentality, and problem-solving skills help her understand clients’ goals and fears and develop a plan that gives them confidence and clarity.

As a graduate from Drexel University, Scarlett earned an MS degree in Finance. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Taxation from American University. Outside of work, there is nothing she enjoys more than spending time with her husband and daughter, trying new recipes, and exploring Austin

Michelle A. Fait, MBA, CFP®, EA, CDFA™

Michelle Fait founded Satori Financial LLC in 2001, the year she joined NAPFA, and focuses on work with single professional women. A creative and committed leader in personal finance, she is a Certified Financial Planning practitioner (CFP®), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and an IRS Enrolled Agent with expertise in investments and tax. She holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from U.C. Berkeley.

In addition to her work as an economic and litigation consultant, she has worked as an investment banker and immediately prior to founding Satori, she served as Treasury Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company, where she was responsible for cash and investment management and financial risk management.

Outside of the office, Michelle is active philanthropically. She served a three-year term on the University of Washington’s Estate and Gift Planning Council, as a Chapter Head for YaleWomen, and fosters her life-long interests in literacy, animal welfare, and art through involvement with a variety of organizations.

David Flores Wilson, CFA, CFP®

David Flores Wilson helps professionals and entrepreneurs in New York City achieve financial freedom and beyond. Named Investopedia Top 100 Financial Advisors in 2019 and 2020, he is a Managing Partner for Sincerus Advisory. His financial guidance has appeared on CNBC, the New York Times, US News, World Report, Kiplinger, and InvestmentNews.

A graduate of University of California, Berkeley, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC) designations. David represented Guam in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, sits on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Lower East Side Girls Club, and is active with Entrepreneur's Organization, the Estate Planning Council of New York City, Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP), and the Exit Planning Institute. He enjoys traveling, reading, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, yoga, and snowboarding.
