Stuart Silverman is the Chairman of Bluespring Wealth Partners. A consummate entrepreneur, Silverman has successfully developed and sold four different businesses. In 2003, he founded the Fusion Advisor Network, a practice management and business-consulting network that managed close to $10 billion in assets. Kestra Financial acquired the business in 2012, with Stuart staying on as Chairman Emeritus.

Since 2012, Stuart has continued to share his industry knowledge and business expertise with advisors, while taking on a bigger role at Kestra Financial. He has helped the team grow Kestra Financial into one of the leading independent financial services firms with 2400 advisors and over $125 billion in Assets Under Advisement.

In early 2019, Stuart expanded his relationship with Kestra Financial and agreed to launch a wholly owned subsidiary called Bluespring Wealth Partners where he now serves as Chairman. Bluespring Wealth is a firm that specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions of Wealth Management firms all over the country.

In addition to his work with Kestra Financial, he frequently lectures on the fundamentals of business management and consults with high-end advisors on how to become effective entrepreneurs while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

During his career, Stuart also founded, launched and sold a Belizean real estate development company, a school photography business, and a group benefits firm. All three continue to grow and thrive as profitable and successful businesses.

Passionate about education, Stuart has served for more than eight years as a board member, volunteer, mentor, and leader at Yonkers Partners in Education. This impactful organization confronts the challenges of a low-income, urban school district by providing families with equitable access to the critical tools and services necessary for college success.

Stuart earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from the University of Rochester. He developed his financial services expertise over the course of a successful three-decade career in the industry, serving as a producer, manager, and high-level executive of a Fortune 500 company.
