Patricia Jennerjohn opened her firm, Focused Finances LLC in 1994. Her objective is to help individuals, couples, and small business owners with their financial planning and investment needs. Using the tools of financial planning, she helps clients gain "financial confidence" by seeing how money is here to support and serve them. Pat's advice and insight have been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, the Oakland Tribune, the Huffington Post, and the Wall Street Journal, among others. She is also a regular contributor to Nerd Wallet’s “Ask an Advisor” feature, and for the quarterly "Jump Start" financial chats sponsored by NAPFA and Kiplinger magazine. She is also a consultant to other financial planners, helping them to become more confident through the use of just the right planning tools to enhance their work with their clients.

Pat is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA. A Certified Financial Planner™ certificant, Pat also earned her MBA in Finance from California State University, Hayward. Her undergraduate degree is in music.

Pat is still an avid musician, specializing in both choral singing and solo work; she performs (and has been a featured soloist) with the San Francisco Bay Area Chamber Choir, the California Bach Society, Schola SF, and any other group she can find time for. She considers music to be one of her most important tools for a balanced life.
