Executive Level planning requires a far more detailed understanding of compensation and forfeiture risk of a disabled executive. Most employer disability programs are not designed to handle such complex and variable compensation. Even with individual policies, many run into difficulty insuring large stock options and variable compensation structures, even though these clients expect and make standard of living decisions based on these variable income sources. This presentation will explore the various forms of Executive Compensation and the resources and techniques used to insure it.
