Amy Leis, PhD, CFP®
With over 22 years in financial services, Amy owns Juno Wealth Management, specializing in Sudden Wealth including inheritance, divorce, and legal settlements. She also owns AmiableLife Coaching, supporting financial advisors in public speaking and practice management. She holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Temple University and carries the CFP®, AWMA, and CRPC designations. Outside the office, Amy is a breast cancer survivor, a nationally ranked pro-am ballroom dancer, and an avid golfer who loves to travel and spend time with her husband Kevin and daughter Zoe.

Michael Bannon
Bringing deep expertise across investment management, advisory, and capital markets, Michael Bannon focuses on the financial and practical needs of private businesses. Since joining CSG in 2017, he has advised middle market clients on shareholder liquidity, ESOP transactions, recapitalizations, and M&A across healthcare, consumer goods, and industrial firms. Previously, he worked with a private equity fund of funds, deploying and managing $2.3 billion across Europe and Asia.

Scott Bosworth, CFA®
Scott Bosworth is Head of Dimensional’s Speakers Bureau. In addition to being a frequent presenter at Dimensional conferences and industry events, he manages the firm’s primary team of speakers and helps develop messaging around key investment concepts. He has been with Dimensional since 1996, first as a portfolio manager, then working with institutions and large advisory clients. He is a CFA®, graduated from James Madison University and earned an MBA from Yale.

A senior portfolio specialist with Vanguard Financial Advisor Services, Natalie Marvi-Romeo, CFA, CAIA®, consults with advisors on investment thought leadership and Vanguard's full range of investment solutions. With over 25 years of experience, she has held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley across Philadelphia, New York, and London. Natalie specializes in international and small capitalization equity markets and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, Women in Investing Network, and 100 Women in Finance.

Ruth Mattson, J.D., LL.M., AEP, TEP
A Partner in Nixon Peabody's International Private Clients group, Ruth Mattson (they/them) provides estate and business planning services for individuals and families with international assets and multinational family members. Ruth lectures at Boston University School of Law, is an Academician of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Their book, Foreign Trusts Simply, will be published by the ABA in 2026.

President and partner of RMR Wealth Builders, Tyler F. Whitehouse, CFP®, CAP® oversees the firm's Personal Wealth business, covering employee and independent financial advisors at the $3.2 billion, Montclair, NJ-based firm celebrating its 40th year.
