The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) is sponsoring an important advocacy event. NAPFA, along with The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP® Board) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA), partner organizations in the Financial Planning Coalition, are sponsoring a Coalition “Congressional Advocacy Day” scheduled for September 29, 2021.

NAPFA members and other leaders will have the opportunity to personally meet with Members of Congress and Administration officials to advocate in support of the financial planning profession.

Pre-Meeting Orientation - September 27, 2021 at 2pm ET

There will be a virtual pre-meeting orientation for approximately one hour to review protocols for the event and talking points for the meetings. Watch for more details coming in September.

Meeting Format

Participants will meet via videoconference with a Member of Congress and key Congressional Staff.

Meeting Times

The exact meeting times will not be known until shortly before the event. Please leave your schedule open for the entire day of September 29.

Fee

There is no fee to participate.
