Alexis Advisors is a small, independent, rapidly growing fee-only registered investment advisory firm seeking an Associate Advisor / Financial Planner who shares our passion of helping women and families meet their life and financial goals. Responsibilities
- Begin working with clients immediately, developing financial plans and investment allocations through the lens of leading a purpose-driven life.
- Participate in client meetings, deliver proposals and financial plans with supervision, moving to lower oversight requirements over time.
- Work with team to grow the firm in a manner consistent with our vision. Assist in sales and marketing, responding to incoming leads, participate in networking events, blogging, speaking engagements, and assist in event planning.
- Participate in special projects that support the business strategy, as well as provide operational support such as workflow development, quarterly reporting activities and other administrative duties.
- Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or business administration.
- At least 3 years of prior financial services industry experience.
- Target or current enrollment in a CFP program or active CFP designation; Series 65 license preferred.
- Foundational understanding of financial planning and asset management.
- Strong integrity, accountable, works independently and with the team to achieve common goals.
- Entrepreneurial spirit. self-starter, problem solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
