Unique and exciting opportunity for an advisor with strong client-facing skills to grow their career with a rapidly expanding firm.


New England Private Wealth Advisors, LLC is a large, established RIA with assets in excess of $2 billion under management. While we are based in New England, we serve clients across the United States. We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate CFP(r) with exceptional people and communication skills to join our financial planning/investment advisory team and expand our existing client base in Southeast Florida (Jupiter to Boca Raton). Our wealth management firm has a growing base of “fee only” high net worth clients who we serve on a continuous basis. We nurture relationships by working closely with clients and guiding them through their financial life as well as respond to changes in their lives by building an individualized plan that is right for them. We pride ourselves on our team-oriented environment, collaborative approach and high touch client service capabilities for clients with liquid investable assets generally above $2 million.


The ideal candidate for this position wants to be part of a successful, tight-knit wealth management team, has client-facing experience and is dedicated to continuing development of their financial planning and investment management skills. Commitment to being a fiduciary and providing the highest standard of client care are essential.

In this role, you will handle all aspects of investment management/financial planning for a segment of the firms existing clients, as well as develop new client opportunities, under the supervision of the CEO. Responsibilities include:


• Provide wealth management services to high net worth individuals families and institutions, working collaboratively to create deliverables and anticipate client needs.

• Build, retain, maintain client relationships

• Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ financial lives and proactively identify challenges or opportunities for clients to achieve their goals.

• Conduct client meetings, lead day-to-day client communication and client service.

• Deliver integrated wealth management services with emphasis on wealth management and financial planning

• Conduct regular reviews, initiate outreach and resolve incoming client inquiries.

• Work with clients and other team members to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented in a timely manner.

• Interact with clients’ outside professionals to ensure a thorough and robust wealth management experience.


Desired Skills


A successful candidate will be hard working, detail oriented, highly organized and a problem solver with strong communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new technology and procedures are crucial. Client assets are held primarily at Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments; familiarity with these custodians is a plus. The candidate should enjoy working in a team environment but also must be able to work independently. The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Highest degree of professionalism, integrity and honesty required.


Qualifications and Desired Experience


The candidate should have a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5-10+ years of relevant experience, with some being client-facing. CFP certification required and other professional designations highly desirable. This position requires a physical presence in Southeast Florida.
