Financial Advisor – Woodside Wealth Management - Framingham, MA
Overview:
• W2 salaried position that includes company paid Long Term Disability insurance and a 401k with a generous match
• Full Time - hours are flexible, but core hours are typically 8AM to 4:30 PM
• Location: Framingham, MA but a hybrid schedule of 2 or 3 days in the office is perfectly fine
• Start Date: Flexible
• Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000+ depending on qualifications and experience

Woodside Wealth Management is a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm with offices in Framingham MA and New York City. Our clients are HNW individuals and families and include physicians, CEOs and high-level executives in the tech and pharmaceutical fields. Our clients look to us for help with any matter in their lives that involves a dollar sign. It is a point of pride for us that we work with multiple generations of many of our clients’ families.

About You:
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a financial planner in a wealth management firm
• 4 year college degree required
• CFP or CFA designation strongly preferred
• Experience with RedTail, Holistiplan, Money Tree and EMoney
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Fanatic attention to detail – you will be preparing detailed client communications and reports, and many of our clients are meticulous by nature and education
• Commitment to outstanding client service
• Experience preparing detailed tax projections is a plus - we do not prepare tax returns for our clients but special consideration will be given to candidates who have an extensive tax background
What You Will Be Doing:
• Creating high quality, customized financial plans
• Presenting plans and recommendations to our HNW clients
• Managing and maintaining client meeting schedules
• Maintaining detailed notes in CRM
• Participating in prospect meetings
• Conducting investment research
• Preparing tax projections and providing advice on complicated tax situations that would include equity compensation issues
It is our hope that the person filling this position will transition to a Senior Financial Advisor in the future.
