Position Overview:
We seek a highly motivated professional to help us provide world class service and advice to our growing client base. This individual is passionate about servicing, retaining, and growing client relationships by exceeding expectations. You would work alongside our tight knit Financial Advisory team on all aspects of the wealth management process.
If you excel in this role, you may have the opportunity to manage a group of clients directly.

Job Responsibilities
- Supports Wealth Advisory team in all areas of the client relationship
- Participates in client meetings
- Proactively manages meeting preparation, analysis, and follow up.
- Continuing education to develop advanced technical and behavioral knowledge
- Assist with investment research and financial planning
- Work with the firm’s prospective clients and referrals to identify new opportunities
- Ongoing CRM management and workflows
Educational and Experience Requirements and Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of financial planning/investment experience
- Coursework towards CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Redtail, eMoney, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, Orion, and tax software experience a plus.

The Process
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 20-minute phone interview. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out an application and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments in the process. A background and credit check will be required.
