Position Description

Each of our planning teams is made up of two people: a Senior Financial Planner (SFP) and a Financial Planner (FP). Our planning teams work directly with clients to design, deliver, and implement client financial plans.


More specifically, FPs can expect to:


  • Co-manage client relationships and financial plan development
  • Prepare meeting materials, deliver recommendations, and communicate with clients regarding meeting follow-up items
  • Organize and track action items
  • Proactively respond to client inquiries and requests
  • Conduct analysis on client specific situations (e.g., mortgage refinance, employee benefits review, stock option plans, etc.)
  • Implement investment recommendations and monitor investment portfolios for rebalancing opportunities

Candidate Qualifications

  • Conscientious and detail-oriented

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Unwavering desire to help others and act as a fiduciary
  • High level of personal integrity and discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in personal financial planning or related field
  • Professional designation(s) held or being pursued

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary commensurate with education background, professional accomplishments, and overall field experience
