Responsibilities:

1. Collaboratively draft and deliver financial plans and analysis for advisor teams and clients, Implement financial plans under the supervision of Lead Advisor or Principal.

2. Work with the investment, operations, and tax planning teams on financial plan implementation.

3. Master and utilize many types of software in your analysis and planning, including Microsoft 365, financial planning and tax planning software.

4. Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission and strategy.

5. Participate in the completion of strategic initiatives and projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• CFP® certification or completion of CFP® coursework with ability to achieve credential within 2 years.

• 3 to 10 years of experience desired
