Growth Responsibilities:

1. Collaboratively support advisor teams and clients, draft financial plans and client materials, and maintain client data.

2. Gain knowledge and experience teaming with the expert advisors navigating complex financial planning matters with clients.

3. Master many types of software, including Microsoft suite and financial planning and tax planning software.

4. Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission and strategy.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Up to 3 years’ experience in a financial planning firm desired but not required

• CFP® certification or completion of CFP® coursework with ability to achieve credential within 2 years.
