Associate Advisor

This is a full-time, salaried position located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. Our client base is growing rapidly, and you will have an opportunity to make an impact immediately. Your work will span all areas of financial planning and portfolio management. Almost right away you will be integrally involved in client meetings, communications and problem-solving. Before long, you will start to take the lead on significant parts of the day-to-day work within the client team. 

The ideal team member in this role will embrace leadership opportunities, delegate effectively, coach junior team members and embrace the team concept. There is no upper limit to the role or your impact on the team. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who will develop into a lead advisor on our team and help shape the way our firm impacts our clients, communities and ultimately, the industry.

Profile & Key Requirements

• Educational background in finance and/or accounting. BA or MBA in Finance desired.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in professional service environment. Accounting or finance industry experience preferred.
• While not required, CPA, CFP, and/or CFA designations are highly valued.
• A passion for personal and professional development.
• Fluent with excel, confident with financial portfolio modeling.
