Your mission as a Team Financial Planner

  • You will be supported and developed to be a highly effective, fee only financial planner.
  • Support the Team goal of providing high quality comprehensive financial planning to PEM (pleasant, engaged and mature) clients.
  • Ensure clients are on-boarded smoothly and supported before and during their planning engagement. Help clients get the most from the financial planning process.
  • Guide our clients through their financial planning process by answering client questions and helping with tasks as each planning engagement cycles from beginning to end.
  • Continuously improve your financial planning knowledge and support other Team members as well .
  • Contribute to the growth and collaborative nature of our small, mighty Team at Compass.

Key Criteria/Requirements

 

  • Our dream candidate is excited about fee-only financial planning and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ practitioner.
  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ practitioner with 2 to 4 years experience
  • Exceptionally comfortable with technology
  • Patient and customer service orientated
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Team player -- focused on helping the Team help our clients
  • Good communication skills: phone, email, text, virtual meeting format
  • Able to travel between Boston and Wellesley offices every week and to offsite clients, as needed
  • Able to attend training meetings before and/or after regular business hours, as needed
