We are a national recruiting firm specializing in placing financial planning professionals with leading wealth management firms nationwide. We have partnered with the nation’s premier fee-only RIA for dentists searching for a Financial Advisor. They are based in Salt Lake City, UT and are open to qualified advisors nationwide. FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR DENTISTS

Our client is a rapidly growing, fee-only RIA that helps dentists maintain a complete and accurate view of their personal and practice finances through their proprietary planning framework. They have invested heavily in marketing, technology, and business infrastructure and are experiencing explosive growth. They are seeking a financial advisor to manage high-profile cases for dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental industry specialists.


QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years of experience and ability to independently lead client relationships. Strong interpersonal skills and the composure to earn professional respect. The CFP® designation is preferred, but open to considering other relevant credentials or advanced degrees. Technical competence to serve as the lead advisor for clients. Ability to manage commitments with a team of dedicated associate advisors. An existing interest in or connection to the dental profession is a plus.


RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH

Review incoming prospect surveys to prepare for discovery calls. Independently conduct the prospect meeting process. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships through proactive planning, regular communication, and achieving results for clients. You will coordinate needs among associate advisors to provide ongoing financial advice and implementation. While you will be provided with a strong salary and steady inbound leads, an outbound sales and networking initiative is required.
