Job Summary

Support wealth advisors in all aspects of client service for the firm's largest and most complex clients. Ensure clients receive premier service. Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of client accounts, completion of paperwork (including limited partnership paperwork) processing asset transfers, and report generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support advisors on all aspects of servicing top clients

Daily resolution of custodian alerts, cashiering and journals

Prompt and accurate set-up of new premier clients and accounts

Preparing and processing limited partnership paperwork

Cashiering for capital calls and distributions

Client reports – monthly, quarterly and annual coordination

Coordination of tax reporting and payments; including 1099’s and required minimum distributions

Special projects as assigned (e.g., support year-end, tax, new systems)

Qualifications

The Client Service Administrator position typically requires the following qualifications:

Client service focused

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

Past experience with limited partnerships and K-1's

5+ years’ experience in client service with an investment management and/or financial advisory services firm required

Experience with account set-up, journals and reporting with a custodians s

Highly proficient in Excel; proficient in Word and Outlook

Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet demanding deadlines

Strong communication skills

Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others

 

 

 

Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
