Job Description

Aegis Wealth Management LLC is a fee-only wealth management firm located in Bethesda, Maryland serving a national clientele of affluent individuals and families.

We seek a motivated Associate to join our growing firm.

Position Overview

Provide ongoing support of client relationships, including:

• Cash flow planning and portfolio management

• Investment and income tax research and analysis

• Income tax projections and returns

• Interacting with clients in person, by telephone and e-mail

• Maintaining client data and records in CRM and document management software

• Working with client custodians to open and service client accounts

Key Qualifications

• Prefer up to four years work experience with fee-only RIA and/or enrollment or completion of the CFP® education coursework requirement

• Excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Task management

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, transcript required

• After job offer is extended and accepted, finalization of employment subject to background & reference check
