Paul has been active in the community. Paul is a lifetime member of Leadership New Mexico and a graduate of the Leadership New Mexico Core Class of 2019. He is also a graduate of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Albuquerque Class of 2016. He has served as Board Chair for UNM's Anderson School of Business Foundation and Finance Chair for The Full Life Foundation. Currently, Paul contributes to the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce as a board member and Chair of the Education Committee. He also serves on the board of Excellent Schools New Mexico and is an investment subcommittee member for the Presbyterian Healthcare Services board.
