Additional Information

Germaine has promoted financial planning thorugh her years of authoring newspaper articles, coaching scouts on their financial merit badges, and most recently creating financial planning programs for the North Carolina Association of CPAs. Outside of her career and her passion for financial planning, she has been an enthusiastic supporter of the arts. She is a life member of the Walter Anderson Museum of Art, having served various roles including its board since the early 1990s. She is also served on Mississippi's Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts and is now on their Women's Committee in DC.

Germaine enjoys hiking the North Carolina mountains and kayaking the Mississippi Gulf Coast and bayous.
