Travis Gatzemeier is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and founder of Kinetix Financial Planning. Travis started Kinetix because he believes objective financial advice should be accessible to any professional who wants to create and build wealth. His main focus is helping clients use money as a financial tool where they can enjoy today and save for tomorrow.

Prior to his career as a financial planner, Travis graduated with a business degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He began his professional career at a large brokerage firm where he learned the ins and outs of the financial markets. During this time Travis was able to gain valuable experience in financial markets, trading, risk management, derivatives, and personal finance. He then found his path working as a wealth manager for a small financial firm serving pre- retirees and retirees which included selling insurance to clients. Travis realized that insurance sales mixed with financial planning created a huge conflict of interest! He knew if I wanted to give clients objective advice and operate as a fiduciary, he needed to be a fee-only financial planner. Travis obtained his CFP® Designation and used his entrepreneurial vision to create Kinetix Financial Planning!

On a personal note, Travis lives in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area, but grew up a small town kid in central Texas. When he is not helping my clients, he enjoy's the outdoors, traveling, reading or listening to the next queued up podcast. In addition, He is a supportor the local professional sports teams and an avid outdoorsman - hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and everything in between.
