The name Ten Talents comes from a biblical parable, or story, found in the Book of Matthew. In the parable, a talent is a measure of precious metal. It has value.
Ultimately, the purpose of the story is to encourage good management of valuable resources. The talents are, according to the parable, gifts from Creator God. It’s our job to manage them wisely.
Additional Information
I'm blessed to be the Founder of Ten Talents Financial Planning, LLC. Everything I do as a financial planner, I do because I believe in helping families take control of their financial future! I do this by designing thoughtful, creative, deeply personal financial road maps that put the interests of our firm's client-families first.
I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Professional based in Parker, CO. I work with clients in Colorado and also across the country virtually (video chat/phone calls).
My clients are eyeing retirement decisions, often work at tech firms, or have experienced a sudden money event (inheritance, property sale, business sale, stock IPO, gift).
I love bringing clarity and confidence to your financial situation and I'm passionate about helping you define retirement on your terms.
I grew up in historic Grass Valley, California. My Finance degree was earned at The Master's University and my professional resume includes designing 401(k) plans for business owners and advising Silicon Valley executives on retirement planning and investment management.
My wife, our three young sons, and I live in beautiful Parker, CO. When I'm not crafting financial plans, I enjoy playing basketball, actively participating in our local church, going on family hikes, coaching youth sports, and eating at Jersey Mike's. (#13 all the way!)
