I specialize in working with high-earning professionals navigating complex equity compensation, stock options, and benefits decisions, including a specialty in PPO, HMO, HSA/HDHP tradeoffs during open enrollment. As a private pilot with instrument and commercial ratings, I bring that same precision to financial planning — clear checklists, no shortcuts, and a plan you can actually execute. As a Certified Financial Planner®, I work on a fee-only basis — no commissions, no product sales — so my advice is never conflicted. I built FlightPath to help clients cut through the complexity of modern compensation packages and make confident, informed decisions about their financial future. Many of my clients are corporate professionals sitting on RSUs, ESPPs, or stock options who need a coordinated strategy for vesting, taxes, and diversification and not just generic investment advice. Others come to me during open enrollment, trying to figure out whether an HDHP paired with an HSA actually makes financial sense for their household, a decision most advisors don't dig into with any rigor. I work on an ongoing, fixed-fee basis, so there are no AUM minimums and no surprises — you know exactly what you're paying and what you're getting. My goal is to be the person you call before a big financial decision, not after. If you're a high-earning professional trying to make sense of a complicated compensation package or benefits election, I'd welcome the chance to talk.
