Rick Rodgers, CFP®, CRPC® is co-founder and president of Rodgers & Associates. His career in the investment and financial advisory profession began in 1984 with one of the big six Wall Street firms. Twelve years later, he co-founded Rodgers & Associates as a way to concentrate on financial planning. His vision was to help families prepare for a worry-free retirement through the creation and conservation of their wealth. Today, as a leading retirement expert and personal wealth adviser to high-net-worth individuals, Rick provides integrated financial, tax, and investment strategies, retirement planning, executive compensation, and estate and charitable planning.

Rick was the 2015 Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry Small Business Person of the Year Award recipient. In April of 2016, Rick and his wife Jessica accepted the first Susan C. and Gerald C. Eckert Service and Philanthropy Award from Millersville University. For Rick’s contributions to the community he also received the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2016 Spirit of Philanthropy Award and was named one of Susquehanna Style’s 2017 Men of Style.

Since 2010, Rick has been a regular guest on television programs nationwide. Producers and hosts alike have praised Rick for his sharp wit and expert commentary on retirement planning and tax strategy.

He is the author of the book Don’t Retire BrokeAn Indispensable Guide to Tax-Efficient Retirement Planning and Financial Freedom, where he offers expert advice on how to navigate complex tax issues using clear language and real-life examples.

A committed Christian, Rick was a field representative for Larry Burkett’s Christian Financial Concepts (now known as Crown Financial Ministries). Rick enjoys golf and spending time with his ten grandchildren.
