Additional Information
I work remotely from an Airstream travel trailer with my wife Emily and our cat Waldo. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, growing carnivorous plants, home automation, and photography. I was born and raised in Midland, Texas. In 2014, I earned a degree in Natural Resources Management (NRM) also from Texas Tech. I then worked as a Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist in the Denver area. While working in that industry, I discovered that I had a passion and skill set for helping others accomplish their financial goals. I returned to Texas Tech in 2016 and obtained a Master's degree in Personal Financial Planning and joined the PCM team in 2018. While earning summa cum laude honors, I also volunteered with Red to Black Peer Financial Coaching which provided me with experience guiding peer students through their personal financial issues. I completed the requirements to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2020 and completed the requirements for the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation in 2021. I am a Partner and Wealth Advisor for PCM and have ownership in the company.NAPFA Start Date
