As a fiduciary, Jennifer partners with clients and legal counsel to form strong teams that guide and educate families around the more complex financial issues in marital division.

Simply put - Strada strives to make divorce finances understandable and works to simplify the process.

Ms. Failla Hoffman graduated Magna Cum Laude with her master's degree in Family Services; Family Financial Planning from the University of Nebraska and obtained her undergraduate degree in finance from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN. Her company, Strada Wealth Management, and has been helping families since 2008.

She is an member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), and serves on the executive board of the Association of Divorce Financial Planners (ADFP).

When not working, Jennifer dedicates her time as Vice Chairman of the Board of Texas Search and Rescue (www.texsar.org). She has served on the board of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and currently serves on the Endowment and Foundation cabinet for the Jewish Federation of Austin.

Jennifer now lives in Austin, TX with her husband Joshua and two active boys.
