Additional Information

Prior to beginning her advisory practice in 2012, Nola managed Kulig Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm to high net worth individuals and family wealth offices. Her previous experience includes being a senior consultant at Blue Heron Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm to investment management organizations, consulting on roughly $1 trillion in assets. 

 

Before joining Blue Heron in 2000, she was part of the senior management of Russell Investment Group, then the country's leading pension consulting firm and manager of over $100 billion in investments. Nola served most recently at Russell as portfolio manager with direct responsibility for $3 billion of assets. Nola was also a senior investment strategist, a member of Russell's Index Policy Committee and a consultant to Fortune 500 pension funds.

 

Nola has a B.A. in economics from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA, where she graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She completed her Chartered Financial Analyst designation after moving to the investment industry, completing three years of graduate-level examinations in investments; she has since been recognized by the CFA Institute for her work in continuing eduation and has done volunteer work for their educational program. Most recently, Nola passed the rigorous two-day Certified Financial Planner examination in 2011.
