J. Mark Nickell has more than two decades of experience counseling people in the areas of financial, estate and investment planning. He graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a B.S. in Accounting in 1979. Before starting his own firm in 1994, Mark worked with two of the world's largest accounting and business advisory firms. Mark has held the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), the global professional investment credential, since 1996. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983, and has been awarded the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
